Since then it has been recorded by several artists including Frank Sinatra, The Four Aces, The Five Keys and Dean Martin. Cliff Richard and The Shadows recorded the song in 1961 and released it on the EP of the same name. The EP also included a version of I’ll See You In My Dreams. The song became part of The Beatles’ repertoire and was sung by George Harrison. Ringo Starr covered the song for his 1970 album Sentimental Journey.

He learnt it from Cliff Richard’s 1961 version. The song has also been recorded by Frank Sinatra, Roy Orbison, and Andy Williams among others.
