This song was written by Ray Henderson and Mort Dixon and was first recorded by Gene Austin in 1926. Ringo Starr recorded his version of the song in 1970. His version was arranged by Maurice Gibb and was recorded at Morgan Sound Studios. Ringo Starr was backed by the George Martin Orchestra and the recording was produced by George Martin. It was released in 1970 on Ringo Starr’s album Sentimental Journey. The song was recorded by Paul McCartney for his 2012 album Kisses On The Bottom.
