On Tour With Eric Clapton.

On Tour With Eric Clapton is a live album recorded by Delaney & Bonnie & Friends that features Eric Clapton on lead guitar and vocals. It was recorded live at Fairfield Halls in Croydon in December 1969. The band’s personnel included several musicians who would later work on George Harrison’s All Things Must Pass album. The band included Jim Gordon, Bobby Keys, Carl Radle, Jim Price, Bobby Whitlock and Dave Mason. George Harrison joined the band for six dates of the tour including two concerts at Fairfield Halls. The album features George Harrison on guitar. It was produced by Jimmy Miller and Delaney Bramlett and was released on the Atco label in 1970. The album cover features a photo of Bob Dylan’s feet hanging out of a car window. The album reached number twenty-nine on the Billboard chart and number thirty-nine on the UK album chart. A four-disc boxset of the album was released in 2010. It includes both shows recorded at Fairfield Halls as well as a live performances from Colston Hall in Bristol which also features George Harrison on guitar. The box set also includes a recording of the concert at The Royal Albert Hall in London on 1 December 1969. That recording does not feature George Harrison who had not yet joined the band. However, both Ringo Starr and George Harrison attended the concert.
