The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn.

This album was recorded by the English rock band Pink Floyd in 1967. It was recorded at EMI Studios and was produced by Norman Smith. The album was recorded at the same time The Beatles’ were recording their album Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. Pink Floyd visited The Beatles’ recording session on 21 March 1967 while The Beatles were recording Lovely Rita. The following day, Pink Floyd recorded The Scarecrow. The track Pow R. Toc H. was influenced by Lovely Rita. The album contained eleven tracks including Lucifer Sam, The Gnome, and Bike. It was released on the EMI Columbia label in August 1967.
