King Of Fuh

King Of Fuh was written by Stephen Friedland. It was recorded by him under the pseudonym Brute Force in 1968. It was recorded at Olmsted Studios in New York and produced by The Tokens. The song was never released at the time. George Harrison and John Lennon heard an acetate of the song and liked it. George Harrison remixed the song at Trident Studios in London in 1969 and added strings by The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra arranged by John Barham. It was released as a single on Apple Records in 1969. The B-side was Nobody Knows. Only 2000 copies were pressed and the single failed to chart.
