Glass Onion was written by John Lennon but is credited to Lennon-McCartney. A demo recorded by The Beatles at George Harrison’s home in Esher was released on Anthology 3 in 1996. The Beatles recorded the song at EMI Studios in 1968 and it was produced by George Martin. Take 33 was released on Anthology 3 in 1996. Glass Onion was first released on The Beatles’ 1968 album The Beatles. The song mentions The Beatles’ 1967 songs Strawberry Fields Forever, I Am The Walrus, The Fool On The Hill, and Fixing A Hole as well as The Beatles 1968 song Lady Madonna. A new remix was released on The Beatles’ 2006 album Love.
