Have A Marijuana was the debut album released by David Peel And The Lower East Side. The album was recorded live on the streets of New York City in 1968. The album contains ten tracks including The Alphabet Song which references The Beatles’ 1967 song I Am The Walrus. The album was released on the Elektra label in 1968. David Peel is mentioned in John Lennon’s 1972 song New York City. New York City also references the album’s title.
