Aftermath is the fourth studio album released by the band The Rolling Stones. It was recorded at RCA Studios in California in 1965 and 1966. It was produced by Andrew Loog Oldham and was released on the Decca label in 1966. The album contained fourteen songs all written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards. The album included Mother’s Little Helper, Stupid Girl, and Under My Thumb. In America the album was released on the London label and had a different tracklist. The album reached number one on the UK Albums chart. Both John Lennon and Paul McCartney owned copies of the UK version of Aftermath.
