1370 Help! [US soundtrack version] – The Beatles (1965)

Help! was written by John Lennon but is credited to Lennon-McCartney. It was first recorded by The Beatles at EMI Studios in 1965. It was produced by George Martin and released on the UK album Help! An instrumental introduction was composed and conducted by Ken Thorne in 1965. The introduction was recorded by Ken Thorne And His Orchestra at Capitol Studios in Los Angeles and was produced by Dave Dexter, Jr. Help! with the Ken Thorne introduction was released in America on the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack album Help! The album was released on the Capitol Records label in 1965. The Ken Thorne introduction was not used on the UK album version of Help! nor was it used on the UK or US single versions of Help!
