P.J. Proby

This song was written by Paul McCartney and John Lennon. It was first recorded by The Beatles in 1965. Their version wasn’t released until 1996 when it was released on the album Anthology 2. P.J. Proby recorded the song in 1965. P.J. Proby was managed by Brian Epstein and That Means A Lot was  recorded at EMI Studios and arranged by George Martin. It was released as a single with My Prayer on the B-side.  It reached number thirty on the UK Singles chart. In America it was released with Let The Water Run Down on the B-side.
