This song was written by John Lennon and Paul McCartney. It was first recorded by The Beatles in 1964. It was recorded at EMI Studios and was produced by George Martin.  Take 2 was released on the album Anthology 1 in 1995. And I Love Her was released on the album A Hard Day’s Night in 1964. In America it was released as a single with If I Fell on the B-side. It reached number twelve on the Billboard chart. The song was used in The Beatles’ 1964 movie A Hard Day’s Night. The Beatles also recorded the song for BBC Radio and a version was released on the album On Air – Live At The BBC Vol. 2 in 2013. George Martin And His Orchestra  recorded an instrumental version of the song in 1964 and it was released on soundtrack album A Hard Day’s Night.  Paul McCartney performed the song live during his appearance on MTV Unplugged in 1991. That version was released on the album Unplugged (The Official Bootleg). The song has also been recorded by Esther Phillips, The Wailers, and Smokey Robinson & The Miracles among others.
