The EP was released on the Polydor label and was credited to Tony Sheridan With The Beatles. The EP also included My Bonnie, The Saints (When The Saints Go Marching In), and Why. Cry For A Shadow was released as a single in the UK and Germany in 1964 and was credited to The Beatles. In America it was released as the B-side to Why in 1964.
