Midnight Jamboree.

This song was written by Barbara Miller in 1961. It was recorded live by Linda Flanagan at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee in June 1961. She was backed by Ernest Tubb And His Texas Troubadours. The song was released on their 1962 album Midnight Jamboree. The song was later released as a single with Sweet Lips by Webb Pierce on the B-side. Ringo’s friend Roy Trafford owned a copy of Midnight Jamboree and Pass Me By inspired Ringo’s first song Don’t Pass Me By. Don’t Pass Me By was recorded by The Beatles in 1968 and released on their album The Beatles.
